Orders:
Orders may be prepaid with check or major credit card. Orders prepaid by check will be held for 10 working days for check to clear.
Shipping:
Most orders shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express Ground. Weight on your confirmation slip is estimated and actual charges are applied according to weight and size of your package(s) plus handling fee. All prices F.O.B. from Round Rock, TX. charged at actual weight and size of package(s).
Minimum Order:
$35.00 total purchase.
Return of Merchandise:
Authorization must be obtained from BB Amenities for the return of merchandise. Please call (512) 310-1670 with the following information:
- Date Received
- Your Account number
- Invoice number
- Description of damage or reason for return.
All requests for returns must be made within 5 working days of receipt of merchandise. Credit is not allowed on worn or misused products. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Restocking charges of 20% will apply to all returns. Broken or damaged merchandise must be taken up with the shipping company.
